影响的有限元分析

摘 要: 针对单辊搅拌技术制备A2017半固态合金的工艺过程,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算出了不同浇注温度、轧辊转速、辊-靴型腔宽度条件下合金温度场、速度场分布,分析了单辊搅拌工艺条件对A2017合金热/流耦合场的影响。优化了单辊搅拌制备A2017半固态材料的工艺参数,合理的浇注温度为690~790℃,辊-靴型腔宽度为4mm,轧辊转速为0.2m/s。

Abstract:According to the principle of single-roll stirring process, FEM analysis by ANSYS program was adapted to calculate thermal/fluid field under different pouring temperatures, roll velocities and roll-shoe widths during manufacturing A2017 semisolid alloy by single-roll stirring process. The effects of process conditions on thermal/fluid field were analyzed. Process parameters of manufacturing semisolid A2017 alloy were optimized. Proper pouring temperature is 690~790℃, the roll-shoe gap width is 4mm and roll rotating velocity is 0.2m/s.
