热力学与动力学分析

摘 要: 对原位生成法制备Al2O3/AC8A复合材料的工艺进行了较深入的热力学与动力学计算及分析,结果表明:原位反应满足热力学条件;在反应温度下,熔体中Al的浓度以及决定物质配分函数的各物质微观 运动状态是影响反应速度的主要因素。

Abstract:Al2O3/AC8A composites was prepared by squeezing casting with in-situ reaction technique. Thermodynamic and kinetic analysis indicates that the reactions in this system meet the requirement of thermodynamics. The main effecting aspects of speed are reaction temperature,the solution of melted aluminum and those object microcosmic moving state that could affect arranging functions.
