摘 要: 根据实际条件确定了感应加热线圈的计算结构和材料的有关参数,应用改进的商业ANSYS软件, 采用一维轴对称模型对铝合金中频感应加热温度及其分布进行了模拟。结果表明,在大功率和小功率的加热条件下,模拟结果与实测结果均相当吻合。

Abstract:The simplified layout of the induction coil and all the required parameters were determined reasonably according to the experimental conditions. The temperature and its distribution in aluminum billets were simulated by modified ANSYS software with one dimension axis symmetrical model. It is shown that the results of simulation can be compared with the measured values very well under large and small power heating conditions.
