太钢不锈钢的现状与发展

摘 要: 简要介绍了太钢不锈钢的发展历史, 详细描述了“九五”以来太钢不锈钢的重大进步,包括50万t不锈钢系统改造和40万t不锈钢冷轧薄板改扩建项目、 “九五”国家重点课题“高质量不锈钢板材技术开发”以及在质量攻关、 产品开发、 对标挖潜等方面取得的成就, 实现了太钢不锈钢的跨越式发展。概要叙述了正在报批的新建150万t不锈钢工程的主要内容和工艺技术特点。对照国外不锈钢领域的最新技术进展, 从不锈钢冶炼、 热轧、 冷轧进行全面对比、 分析, 并结合太钢实际, 有针对性地采用先进技术。

Current status and development of stainless steel in Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Ltd

Abstract:The paper briefly describes the history of stainless steel development in Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co. Ltd. (TISCO) China, describes in detail the major progresses of stainless steel development in TISCO since the ninth Five-Year Plan, including the revamping project of 500000 t stainless steel production line and the expansion project of 400000t cold rolled stainless steel sheets. The achievements in the state key task in Ninth Five-Year Plan “Technological Development of High Quality Stainless Steel Flat Products”, tackling the problems for quality improvement, developing of products, tapping the potentials according to standards, which has made the stainless steel in TISCO develop in a great leap. The paper also introduces synoptically the main contents and characteristics of processes and technologies of the new 1.5×106 t stainless steel project that is in the progress of approval. The paper, combining with the actuall practics of TISCO, also analyses and compares the advanced processes and technologies to be used in the new project of TISCO with the most advanced international processes and technologies for the stainless steel production line including the stainless steelmaking, hot rolling and cold rolling.
