摘 要: 运用固体经验电子理论,采用平均原子模型对Al-Zn固溶体价电子结构进行计算。计算结果表明: Spinodal分解引起合金固溶体的共价键强度发生较大变化,且可以根据各固溶体相的共价键强度的变化对Al-Zn固溶体在室温下发生的Spinodal分解反应所引起的合金硬化以及合金硬度的提高做出合理解释。

Abstract: The valence electron structures of Al-Zn solid solutions were calculated according to the empirical electronic theory in solid and molecule(EET) with the average atom model. The results show that spinodal decomposition produces great change of the valence electron structure in Al-Zn solid solutions, and the increase of hardness and intensity of Al-Zn alloys caused by spinodal decomposition under room temperature were rationally explained according to the change of the covalent bond intensity in the solid solutions.
