摘 要: 利用三栅极离子渗镀方法在钛基和石墨基上制备出新型阳极材料;利用XRD、 GDS等测试手段对这种阳极电极进行了表征; 观察了电极1mol/L H2SO4溶液60℃时的电解寿命; 测定了电极的极化曲线及动力学参数,并与同类其他电极进行了比较。 结果表明: 在钛基上用这种新型方法制备的电极具有一些特殊的性能和可观的应用前景。

Abstract: Anode materials based on titanium and graphite were prepared with a surface carbide alloying layer by the processing. Characteristic of layers was examined with XRD and GDS, etc. The electrolytic life duration of electrode, stable polarization curves and kinetic parameters were determined in 1mol/L H2SO4 solution at 60℃. The results show that the properties of electrodes on titanium are obviously improved and may have a bright applying future.
