类金刚石碳纳米线的制备及生长机理

摘 要: 采用热蒸发法制备了类金刚石碳纳米线,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对样品的形貌和结构进行观察, 发现该碳纳米线具有圆形实心结构,表面光滑, 直径10~40nm; 拉曼光谱研究显示特征峰出现在1352cm-1和1586cm-1处, 为典型的类金刚石结构。用CO辅助生长机理解释类金刚石碳纳米线的形成过程。

Synthesis and growth mechanism of diamond-like carbon nanowires

Abstract: Diamond-like carbon nanowires were synthesized by a thermal evaporation method. By heating a pressed tablet of graphite powder mixed with nickel powers in a quartz tube mounted inside a high-temperature tube furnace at 1200℃, diamond-like carbon nanowires were found on the inner wall of the quartz tube near a water-cooling copper finger. The morphology and structure of the carbon nanowires were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy  ( HRTEM). The nanowires have solid structure and are 10~40nm in diameter. Raman study reveals that the spectra at 1352 and 1586cm-1 , which is agreed with diamond-like carbon structure. A CO-assisted growth model is used to explain the growth process.
