摘 要: 研究经多道次等径弯曲通道变形后Al-3%Mg-0.5% Zr铝合金的超塑性行为。研究表明: 晶粒尺寸由变形前的50μm经过8道次等径弯曲通道变形后细化为0.3μm; 随后, 在330℃退火保温1h的条件下, 其晶粒尺寸长大至10μm; 在500℃、应变速率1×10-3s-1的拉伸实验中,该超细晶材料的最大延伸率高达370%,呈现出良好的超塑性。

Abstract: Superplastic behavior of ultrafine-grained Al-3%Mg-0.5%Zr alloy by multi-pass equal channel angular pressing was researched. Investigation shows that the grain size is reduced from 50μm in the as-received microstructure to 0.3μm after equal channel angular pressing to a total of 8 passes. The grain size is increased to 10μm on subsequent annealing at 330℃ for 1h. A maximum elongation of 370% is achieved at 500℃ with an initial strain rate of 1×10-3s-1 when testing in tension and better superplastic behavior is abtained in the ultrafine-grained material.
