镍电解阴极过程中添加剂的作用及其在线监控

摘 要:  研究了镍电解阴极过程中硼酸、 胶、 润湿剂的影响与作用, 提出镍电解阴极过程中添加剂在线监控的新方法。 结果表明:通过阴极过电位的在线监控可得出在不同电解条件时, 添加剂最佳量的控制, 从而在复杂镍电解过程中显著提高析出阴极镍的质量和光洁度, 使零号镍生产的稳定性提高5%, 平均电流效率提高1%。

Role of additive in nickel electrolysis cathodic process and its on-line control

Abstract: The influence and effect of boracic acid, glue and wetting agent during nickel electrolysis cathodic process were studied and the method of on-line control in nickel electrolysis cathodic process was also put forward. The results show that through on-line control of cathodic overpotential, the optimum amount of additives can be determined under different electrolysis conditions and separated quality, and glabrous of cathodic nickel can be raised efficiently in complicated nickel electrolysis. This enhances the stability of zero-sized nickel production by 5% and average current efficiency by 1%.
