结晶过程

摘 要: 在超声波作用下,利用氧化锌粉和硫化钠溶液反应制备纳米硫化锌。进一步研究氧化锌与硫化钠反应制备纳米硫化锌的结晶过程。结果表明,原料的形貌对产物的形貌基本没有影响,纳米硫化锌颗粒为结晶良好的立方体闪锌矿;透射电镜分析晶体的生长过程表明,晶体呈棱柱体形,遵从碱性溶液中晶体极性生长机制。

Abstract:Nanoparticles ZnS were prepared with ZnO and Na2S by solid-liquid chemical reaction under ultrasonic condition. The crystallization process of nanoparticles ZnS was studied. The results show that these particles are cubical zinc blende, and the morphology of raw material has little influence on the morphology of product. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis was used to review growth process of crystal. The results show that these crystals are prism and obey polar growth mechanism under alkalescent solution.
