微米氧化钒钾/石墨电极的电化学性能

摘 要:

在没有涂敷粘结剂的条件下,采用电解和热处理相结合的两步法直接制得KV5O13−x-C正极。通过恒电流放电、X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱分析、差热−热重分析以及环境扫描电镜等方法,研究合成条件与放电性能的关系。结果表明,最佳的工艺参数是:在电解制备步骤中,电解液由浓度24 g/L的K2SO4和在40 ℃下饱和的NH4VO3溶液组成,石墨片阴极的电流密度为0.3 mA/cm2;在热处理步骤中,在流速30 mL/min的空气气氛中于300 ℃烧结。在此工艺条件下直接制备的KV5O13−x-C电极上的钒氧键较稳定,在0.1 C倍率电流下放电容量为238 mA∙h/g。

Electrochemical performance of micron potassium vanadium oxides/graphite electrodes

Abstract:A KV5O13−x-C positive electrode was prepared by using a combined method of two steps for the electrolyzing and heat treatment without the use of the adhesive. The relationship between the synthesis condition and discharge performance was characterized by discharge test, XRD, FTIR, TG-DSC and Environmental SEM techniques. The results show that the optimal technology parameters are determined as follows: In the electrolyzed step, the electrolyte consisted of the mixture solution of 24 g/L of K2SO4 and a saturated solution of NH4VO3 at 40 ℃, and the current density on the graphite slice cathode is 0.3 mA/cm2; in the heat treatment step, a flow-rate of 30 mL/min of air and a temperature of 300 ℃ are employed. The as-prepared KV5O13−x-C electrode possesses good thermal stability for the stable bond of V-O, and it exhibits a discharge capacity of 238 mA∙h/g at the current of 0.1 C.
