微纳米粉体机械复合的配比关系

摘 要:

基于ALONSO提出的包覆式复合粒子配比关系的估算方法,结合纳米粒子在复合粉体中的存在形式,通过理论分析建立微纳米粉体机械复合配比关系的理论模型,讨论不同粒径差的微纳米粉体配比关系的确定,通过实验研究进一步明确填充系数,并将理论估算与相关实验研究进行对比。研究表明,采用该模型进行微纳米粉体机械复合配比关系的估算具有较强的可操作性,尤其是当微纳米粉体粒径相差3个及以上数量级时,该模型仅与微纳米粉体的密度有关,通过与实验研究对比发现,估算结果与实验寻优结果基本一致,说明本模型对微纳米粉体机械复合具有一定的指导作用及工程应用价值。

Mixture ratio of micro/nano-powders prepared by mechanical composite process

Abstract:Based on the estimation method of mixture ratio of covered composite particles presented by ALONSO and two existing forms of nanometer particles in composite powders, a theoretical model of mixture ratio of micro/nano-powders prepared by mechanical composite process is established by theoretical analysis. The mixture ratio determination of D-ratio of grain size powders was, then discussed the filling coefficient through experiments was identified, and the theoretical estimation results were compared with correlative experimental ones. The result shows that the model formed has good operational performance. The model is only related to the densities of microns and nanometer powders, when the ratio of grain size is 3 and more than 3 orders of magnitude.It is indicated that the estimation results are consistent with the experimental optimal ones. This is confirmed that the model discussed has considerable application prospect and reference value for micro/nano-powders prepared by mechanical composite process.
