腐蚀行为

摘 要: 通过静态浸泡腐蚀实验、电化学实验、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜、电子探针、光电子能谱等方法研究高铝青铜合金Cu-14Al-X在5.0% H2SO4溶液中的耐蚀性能及腐蚀行为。结果表明:在H2SO4溶液中,Cu-14Al-X合金有良好的耐蚀性能,合金中的(α+γ2)共析体与β′相、α相和κ相相比,具有优先腐蚀倾向,合金主要发生脱铝腐蚀。腐蚀钝化膜的形成及热处理后合金各相成分趋于一致,均使合金耐腐蚀性能得到改善。

Abstract: The corrosion resistance and behaviors of Cu-14Al-X bronze alloy in 5.0% H2SO4 solution were investigated by using static immersing corrosion and electrochemistry test, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy and electron probe micro-analyzer. The results show that the corrosion resistance of Cu-14Al-X alloy is well in H2SO4 solution. The (α+γ2) phase suffers a dealuminization attack superior to β′ phase, α phase and κ phase. The passivation patinas and the composition of each phases becoming more homogeneous are moderator to the dealuminization corrosion of high aluminum bronze.
