均匀沉淀法制备ZnS粉末的动力学

摘 要: 采用均匀沉淀法,利用硫代乙酰胺在酸性溶液中的热分解,制备出球形ZnS颗粒。结果表明:制备工艺对ZnS颗粒形核的临界过饱和度没有明显的影响;ZnS颗粒的长大受扩散控制,颗粒形核尺寸不受浓度和pH值的影响,只受温度的影响,并随温度的升高而减小;颗粒长大系数k0受温度、浓度和pH值的影响,升高温度、增加浓度和提高pH值都会引起晶粒长大系数k0的增大。

Growth kinetics of ZnS particle made by
homogeneous precipitation

Abstract:Spherical ZnS particles were homogeneously precipitated by thermal decomposition of thioacetamide in acidic solutions. The result shows that the experimental variables have no apparent effect on the value of critical supersaturation for nucleation. The particle growth of ZnS proceeds through diffusion-controlled aggregation of crystallites. The nucleus size depends on temperature and decreases with the increase of temperature. The particle growth coefficient depends on temperature, concentration and pH value and increases with the increases of temperature, concentration and pH value.
