摘 要: 采用H2SO4、HF浸出石煤原矿和石煤焙烧料中钒,通过浸出对比实验,考察了钒氧化和转化对钒浸出的影响。结果表明:含钒矿物晶体结构未被破坏时,钒无法浸出;采用3.5 mol/L HF可破坏含钒矿物晶体结构,在石煤原矿于60 ℃浸出8 h的过程中,浸出率可达到97.91%;通过焙烧或在浸出过程中添加NaClO3,可使V(Ⅲ)氧化为V(Ⅳ)或V(Ⅴ)而被浸出。

Abstract:Based on experiments of leaching stone coal and calcined stone coal with H2SO4 and HF, the effects of vanadium oxidation and vanadium conversion on vanadium leaching were investigated. The results show that vanadium can’t be leached until the crystal structure of aluminosilicate contains vanadium is destroyed using 3.5 mol/L HF as leaching agent to destroy the crystal structure of aluminosilicate, the leaching rate of vanadium reaches 97.91%. Ⅴ(Ⅲ) can’t be leached until it is oxygenized into Ⅴ(Ⅳ) or Ⅴ(Ⅴ), and Ⅴ(Ⅲ) can be oxygenized into Ⅴ(Ⅳ) or Ⅴ(Ⅴ) by roasting stone coal or adding oxidant in the leaching process.
