PRETREATMENT FOR METALLIZATION OF PZT CERAMIC SURFACES

Abstract:This paper describes the pretreatment process for metal[ization of PZT ceramics surfaces by electrolytic Ni plating which includes cleaning, roughening, sensitization and activation. The experimental procedure, results and influeneing factors for these processes are investigated and discussed.
