ANALYSES OF ENERGY LOSSES AND ACCUMULATOR AND PARAMETERS DESIGN METHOD OF HYDRAULIC IMPACTOR MECHANISM

Abstract:Based on using the formulae derived in reference[1] and thoroughly analyzing of various energy losses of hydraulic impact mechanism, the formulae for calculating mechanical efficiency, volume efficiency and total efficiency were derived. The influence of the acceleration ratio βon the efficiency was analyzed too. In addition the design method of a hydraulic impact mechanism has been introduced
