Abstract:The influences of the molar ratio of reagents , reaction tempeature and time on the synthesis of the functional resin 1-(2-aminoethyl) piperazine resin (AEPZR) were studied. The functional group content was 2. 76 mmol/g-resin. The structure of the resin was confirmed using the FT-IR method and elementary analysis. The sorption capacities of the resin for noble metallic ions were measured and the values for Au(Ⅲ), Pt(Ⅳ), Pd(Ⅱ), Ru(Ⅲ), Os(Ⅳ) and Ir(Ⅳ) were 1060, 480, 390, 350, 390 and 430mg/g-resin, respectively. The sotption rates, molar sorption ratios, apparent activiation energies, adsorption and elution under resin column of the noble metallic ions were determined .The resin shows a remakale sorption affinity for noble metallic ions.
