锂云母提锂技术的研究进展

摘 要: 随着新能源产业的蓬勃发展,对锂资源的依赖性也不断提高,如何高效、环保、经济地从含锂矿石中提锂已成为锂电能源发展亟需解决的问题。锂云母是重要的矿石提锂来源之一,我国锂云母矿藏储量丰富,如何高效经济地分解锂云母并提取锂及其它有价金属,已成为锂云母综合处理过程中迫切需要解决的难题与研究重点。本文对现今锂云母提锂技术进行分析,对不同提锂方法进行优缺点比较,得出单一提锂方式在未来必将被多种提锂技术协同取代的结论。未来锂云母提锂新工艺的技术发展在于降低锂渣的产出或对锂渣资源化利用,且实现伴生资源的综合利用。

Research progress of lithium extraction technology from lepidolite

Abstract:With the vigorous development of the new energy industry, the dependence on lithium resources is also increasing. How to extract lithium from lithium-containing ore efficiently, environmentally and economically has become an urgent problem to be solved in the development of lithium battery energy. Lepidolite is one of the important sources of lithium extraction from ore, our country has abundant lepidolite reserves. How to efficiently and economically decompose lepidolite and extract lithium and other valuable metals has become an urgent problem and research that needs to be solved in the comprehensive treatment of lepidolite focus. This article analyzes the current lithium extraction technology of lepidolite, compares the advantages and disadvantages of different lithium extraction method, and draws the conclusion that a single lithium extraction method will be replaced by multiple lithium extraction technologies in the future. In the future, the technical development of the new lithium extraction process of lepidolite lies in reducing the output of lithium slag or resource utilization of lithium slag, and realizing the comprehensive utilization of associated resources.
