微弧氧化减摩陶瓷层的生成及其影响因素

摘 要: 为了降低微弧氧化陶瓷层的摩擦系数,采用在微弧氧化电解液中加入石墨减摩相的方法,在微弧氧化过程中同步沉积出含石墨相的陶瓷层。研究结果表明:膜层厚度和成膜速度开始时都是随氧化时间的延长而增加,达到最大值后,又随时间的延长而降低;石墨含量5g/L时成膜厚度最大;石墨减摩相的加入, 大幅降低了微弧氧化陶瓷层的摩擦系数。

micro-arc anti-frition ceramic layer

Abstract:To decrease the friction coefficient of macro-arc oxidation ceramic layer, the method of adding graphite anti-friction phase into the macro-arc oxidation electrolyte was adopted and the ceramic layer with graphite phase was deposited during the process of macro-arc oxidation. This improves the friction capability of macro-arc oxidation ceramic layer greatly. The results show that, at the beginning, the  film thickness and film-forming speed will increase with the time and then it reaches the maximum and falls with the time; the film-forming speed reaches its maximum when the graphite contents is 5g/L; the adding graphite anti-friction phase decreases the friction coefficient of ceramic layer obviously.
