纳米SiC和添加剂ZrO2对Al2O3 基纳米复合陶瓷
显微组织和性能的影响

摘 要: 采用极性分散剂, 在微米Al2O3基体中加入微米ZrO2和纳米SiC颗粒, 用真空热压法制备出了Al2O3/SiC纳米复合陶瓷,并研究了微米ZrO2 和纳米SiC的添加对Al2O3/SiC纳米复合陶瓷显微组织及其性能的影响。结果表明: 与纯Al2O3比较,适量微米ZrO2 和纳米SiC 颗粒的加入阻碍了Al2O3晶粒的长大,使复合陶瓷的显微组织非常细小, 纳米复合陶瓷烧结后的力学性能大大提高。

Influence of nano SiC and sintering additive ZrO2 on microstructure and performance of Al2O3 based nano composites

Abstract: The micron particle Al2O3 based nanocomposite ceramics reinforced with micro ZrO2 and nano SiC particle were prepared by polarity dispersant and vacuum-sintering technology, and the influences of micro ZrO2 and nano SiC on sintering technology were investigated. The results show that the proper quantity of micro ZrO2 and nano SiC particle prohibit Al2O3 grain growth excessly and the microstructures are fine comparing with the pure Al2O3 matrix ceramic and the mechanical properties of Al2O3/SiC nanocomposite ceramics are enhanced greatly.
